what do people do when they get home if they don’t eat or blog
Creatures from El by Ellen Jewett
Ellen’s fantastical creatures reside in the outer realms of imagination, given wings of metal, clay, and acrylic paint though their gorgeous if slightly grotesque forms look just as real as the animals they were conjured from. All her sculptures are available at her etsy, though you can commission your own mythical or real beast.

if a boy ever says “someone’s on their period” to u when ur angry that is literally code for “punch me in the balls” so don’t hesitate
as a boy i can tell you this translation is 100% accurate
actual scientific proof
This animation is absolutely glorious. Just take a moment to appreciate that this was all done by somebody’s hand; that they slaved over this, and this was the result of a human, not a computer. It’s completely perfect.
are we not gonna talk about the fact that the reflection is Ariel and Prince Eric?
wait… but Sleeping Beauty came out in 1959, and The Little Mermaid came out in 1989…. that’s a 30 year foreshadow….
Disney you clever bastards.
I’ve seen this post like 364 times, but I only noticed that reflection is different now! O.o
WHY AM I FUCKING CRYING? OMFG!
omg i didnt realize
I really hope not everyone is that stupid. Disney Animated features has been known to trace over old animation frames with different characters to get the desired effect for the new scenes. Anyone smart enough to actually go back and watch the scene in the movie (like I just did) would notice that the reflection is NOT Ariel and Eric. The gif above is just someone’s fancy editing. Good day!
if the discussions about Frozen are any indicator of anything it’s that Tumblr knows approximately jack dick about animation
looks at own art
looks at other peoples art
never fuckin mind
the problem with rich people is that i am not one
packs of white boys in their early teens are the ultimate enemy
I know it’s trendy to fight the system and cry that we are all becoming slaves of technology, but this attitude overlooks that computers and phones are tools for communicating. When someone thinks I’m an idiot smiling at a machine, I’m actually smiling at my girlfriend who is 10000 miles away and whom I would have never met if not for these newfangled electronics. As they say: when the wise man points to the moon, the fool looks at the finger.
This is a topic that I’ve been wanting to tackle for a while now; much credit to this excellent post for bringing it to the front of my brain.
